Job Description
Job Title: Senior Executive – Risk
JobDescription:
To supportthe operationalization of risk management practices across the organization bydriving Key Risk Indicators (KRI) monitoring, strengthening risk culture, andexecuting risk audits/reviews, ensuring proactive identification and mitigationof risks.
KeyResponsibilities
- Support design, tracking,and reporting of KRIs across functions
- Monitor thresholds, triggeralerts, and elevate breaches
- Coordinate with stakeholdersto ensure timely KRI data submission
- Analyze trends and provideactionable insights for risk mitigation
- Drive the action oriented outcomefor critical breaches indicators and ensure timely closure.
- Drive risk awarenessinitiatives across business units
- Support rollout of risktraining, communication, and campaigns
- Promote ownership of risk atfunctional levels
- Assist in embedding riskpractices into day-to-day operations
3. RiskAudits / Reviews
- Conduct periodic riskreviews and control assessments
- Support internal risk auditsand thematic reviews
- Identify control gaps andtrack closure of action plans
- Maintain documentation andevidence for audit readiness
4.Governance & Reporting
- Prepare for periodic risk dashboards and reports
- Track action items arisingfrom risk reviews and audits
- Support regulatory /internal reporting requirements
- Ensure adherence to riskframeworks and policies
- Liaise with internal teams(Underwriting, Claims, Finance, IT) for risk-related queries.

Qualifications& Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate inFinance, Risk, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience inRisk / Audit / Compliance
- Exposure to KRI frameworks,audits, or risk programs preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel,PowerPoint, and risk reporting tools.
- Knowledge of IRDAIregulations and insurance operations.
