Jubilant FoodWorks invites a proactive professional to manage channel partner strategies for Swiggy and Zomato in Dadri, driving growth through aligned promotions and campaigns.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely offers, monitor performance, and resolve aggregator-related issues across stores. The role covers financial governance, settlements, and coordination with Finance for reconciliation, while maintaining strong partner relationships.

• Monitor campaign performance and report execution status.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to resolve operations and settlement issues.

Job description

1. Channel Partner Strategy Execution (Swiggy and Zomato)

• Support execution of strategic initiatives and promotional campaigns across aggregator partners.
• Ensure timely implementation of offers, discounts, combos, and platform-specific marketing activities.
• Validate offer configurations and execution accuracy.
• Monitor campaign performance and report execution status

2. Operational Excellence & Issue Resolution

• Act as the first point of contact for aggregator-related operational issues affecting stores.
• Coordinate with internal teams, store operations, and channel partners to ensure timely resolution of pickup and delivery-related challenges.
• Liaise with POS partners to drive issue closure and system-related resolutions.
• Conduct regular menu hygiene audits across all aggregator platforms to ensure product availability, descriptions, and imagery.
• Monitor and resolve store closure and menu closure incidents

3. Discount Coupon & Settlement Management

• Manage coupon performance tracking and settlement reconciliation
• Work closely with tech team to address settlement discrepancies

4. Financial Governance & Reconciliation

• Ensure timely processing and pay out of aggregator-related invoices and marketing spend claims.
• Coordinate closely with Finance teams for commission validation
• Support monthly and periodic reconciliation exercises between internal records and aggregator statements
