Job summary

Ex in India is seeking a Customer Support Associate to handle inbound phone calls, chats, and emails from customers, assisting them with resolutions and guiding them through our application process. You will help customers understand our products, navigate the application process, and move confidently through each step of their experience.

Manage customer expectations on timeline and resolution, finding the best solutions to meet requirements, and treat customers with courtesy per quality
