Job summary

Elasticrun is seeking a Procurement & MIS Analyst to manage end-to-end procurement across Warehousing, IT Software & Services, AMC, Repairs & Maintenance, and Infrastructure. You will identify vendors, create and track POs, and ensure timely procurement while maintaining vendor records and supporting forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years of procurement, supply chain, MIS or data analytics experience.
• Proficient Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query; Macros a plus).
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau or similar tools.
• Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities across Warehousing, IT Software & Services, AMC, Repair & Maintenance, and Infrastructure requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors based on quality, pricing, and service standards.
• Compare quotations and support commercial negotiations.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement.
• Coordinate with vendors for deliveries, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and support demand forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company standards.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, Warehouse, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement execution.

MIS & Data Analytics

• Collect, validate, and analyze procurement and operational data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Develop dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• Analyze procurement spend, vendor performance, cost savings, and inventory trends.
• Track procurement KPIs and recommend process improvements.
• Automate recurring reports to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across procurement systems.
• Present actionable insights and reports to management to support strategic decision-making and business expansion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-4 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, MIS, or Data Analytics.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query; Macros preferred).
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Exposure to spend analysis, cost optimization, and vendor performance management.
