Job summary

Serviam Manpower is seeking a Senior Executive to manage end-to-end Loan/Lease Origination Operations, ensuring timely processing of applications, documentation, contract activation, and payouts within SLA/TAT.

The role involves coordinating with Sales, Credit, Risk, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing across Mumbai, Jaipur, and Delhi – WFO. Strong KYC, documentation, and adherence to quality standards are required.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Loan/Lending Operations, Leasing Operations, Loan Origination, Sales Support, or Shared Services.
• Strong experience in KYC, documentation, transaction processing, and contract activation.
• Good understanding of loan/lease processing and pre-disbursement activities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and relevant business systems.
• Knowledge of CDD, compliance, fraud prevention, or risk controls will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process loan/lease applications and verify customer documents, KYC, and bank details.
• Review credit conditions, approvals, deal structures, and required documentation.
• Prepare, verify, and coordinate contracts for timely execution and activation.
• Conduct pre-disbursement checks and coordinate payout processing.

• Identify and resolve documentation gaps, discrepancies, and operational queries.
• Ensure SLA/TAT, quality, compliance, and First Time Right targets are achieved.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and transaction-related documentation.
• Support Sales teams with operational queries and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Role Overview
