• Guide the Sales Team on pending requirements, rejected/non-approved cases, and possible resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Identify and escape potential cases of mis-selling or non-compliance.
• Analyse recurring operational challenges and work with stakeholders to improve the loan journey.
• Coordinate with lenders for course/goal mapping, re-mapping, and enabling required goals on loan forms.
• Support the Sales Team with payment failures and other loan-related concerns.
