Job summary

Lupin Ltd in Aurangabad, India, seeks an experienced Civil Engineering professional to oversee regulatory compliance, EH&S and SOP-driven operations.

You will lead CAPEX negotiations, supervise civil maintenance of plant premises, and drive quality management activities including investigations and change controls. A B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 8–12 years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Experience supervising cGMP/GxP compliance and EH&S requirements.
• B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise compliance of cGMP, GxP and EH&S requirements.
• Train team members on SOPs and monitor adherence.
• Prepare plant drawings and GMP documents like SOPs.
• Capex negotiations with external parties and CER preparation.
• Coordinate maintenance services and civil upkeep of plant.

• Supervise compliance of cGMP, GxP and any other applicable regulatory requirement, including EH&S requirements.
• Complete self-training and monitor training of team members on the relevant SOPs.
• Report any quality concern or suggestion for improvement to managers.
• Execute and supervise all tasks and activities as per the applicable SOPs.
• Supervising Civil maintenance of Plant Premises.
• Preparation of various drawings for Plant.
• Preparation of GMP Documents like SOPs etc
• Capex negotiations with external parties and preparation of capex comparison statement and subsequently raising CER.
• Raising of Purchase Indents for civil material as well as for capital items.
