Job summary

Lupin in Aurangabad is seeking an Executive to oversee GMP/GxP compliance, maintain HVAC and purified water systems, and support EH&S requirements. The role involves regulatory adherence, preventive maintenance, and shift breakdown maintenance.

You will prepare GMP documents, raise indents, manage GRN clearance, participate in CAPA and change control, and train shop floor staff in CETMS. The position requires hands-on maintenance planning and coordination with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise compliance of CGMP, GxP and any other applicable regulatory requirement, including EH&S requirements.
• Preventive Maintenance of HVAC / Water system equipment as per schedule and WCOM of PM orders in SAP.
• Shift Breakdown Maintenance
• Operation and maintenance of HVAC System and Purified Water System.
• Raising of purchase indents for spares, Clearance of GRN.
• Preparation of GMP documents like Equipment qualification, SOPs etc. of HVAC System and Purified Water System.
• To ensure sectional training compliance of workmen in CETMS
• To perform HVAC revalidation as per planner.
• Participation in quality management activities like change control, deviation, investigation, quality risk management activity.
• Preventive Maintenance of HVAC / Water system equipment as per schedule and WCOM of PM orders in SAP.
