Job summary

Lupin in Aurangabad, MH is seeking an Executive to supervise CGMP/GxP compliance and manage HVAC and purified water systems. The role covers preventive maintenance, capitalizes on SAP PM orders, and supports QA & CETMS training to ensure regulatory alignment.

The person will handle material indents, GRN clearance, and GMP documentation such as SOPs and equipment qualification, while contributing to change control and deviation investigations as part of the quality management program.

Qualifications

• Maintain HVAC and Purified Water systems per PM schedules.
• Contribute to quality management activities such as changes and investigations.

• Preventive Maintenance of HVAC / Water system equipment as per schedule and WCOM of PM orders in SAP.


• Shift Breakdown Maintenance


• Operation and maintenance of HVAC System and Purified Water System.


• Raising of purchase indents for spares, Clearance of GRN.


• Preparation of GMP documents like Equipment qualification, SOPs etc. of HVAC System and Purified Water System.


• To ensure sectional training compliance of workmen in CETMS


• To perform HVAC revalidation as per planner.


• Participation in quality management activities like change control, deviation, investigation, quality risk management activity.
