Job summary

Lupin is seeking a Senior Manager to lead mechanical maintenance of production and utility equipment, water systems and HVAC in Aurangabad. You will monitor breakdowns, drive CAPEX projects from selection to qualification, and ensure all computer-based systems have proper audit trails and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 12-15 years of relevant experience, with a graduation in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in mechanical maintenance for production equipment
• Graduation in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with HVAC, purified water systems, and utility equipment
• Familiar with cGMP, GxP and regulatory requirements (EH&S)
• Experience with regulatory inspections (USFDA, MHRA, WHO)

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical maintenance of production and utility equipment, water systems and HVAC
• Monitor breakdowns and reliability across mech and elec sections
• Manage Capex from selection to installation, commissioning and qualification
• Audit trail review of computer-based systems
• Ensure calibration of analytical and digital instruments; SAP, SABA, Veeva usage

• Responsible for Overall Mechanical Maintenance of production equipment ,utility equipment, Purified water system and HVAC operations.
• Monitoring of Breakdown of all production equipment , utility equipment’s , , Purified water system and HVAC for Mech & Elec
• Monitoring of Capex from selection of equipment, Installation, commissioning & Qualification.
• Audit trail review of all computer based systems
• Knowledge of Calibration of analytical & Digital instruments,SAP,SABA,Veeva
• In-depth knowledge for 21 CFR compliance, PLC Validation , computer system validation .
• Knowledge of statutory compliance of cGMP , GxP , Regulatory requirement of EH & S
• Familiar with regulatory inspections like USFDA, MHRA, WHO, etc.
