Job summary

Meragi Events E-commerce Private Limited is seeking a Senior Event Production Manager to own end-to-end wedding production, especially large-scale and high-value events. You will lead on-ground teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.

The role requires strong project management, hands-on production knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams across venues. Travel and extended event hours are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, event production, or on-ground wedding execution.
• Experience handling large-scale events with complex production needs.
• Hands-on knowledge of materials, measurements, fabrication, vendors, manpower, logistics, and setup.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, teams and timelines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of large-scale wedding events from planning to execution and returns.

• Plan and manage event timelines, manpower, logistics, materials, equipment, and venue needs.
• Conduct venue visits, measurements, site assessments, and production planning.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve last-minute on-ground challenges.
• Ensure proper setup, execution, dismantling, and material movement after events.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and production staff.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Event Production Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of wedding production and execution, particularly for large-scale and high-value wedding events . The role requires strong on-ground experience, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of large-scale wedding events , from planning and setup to execution, dismantling, and material returns.
• Lead and oversee on-ground production teams, vendors, suppliers, labour, and internal stakeholders.
• Plan and manage event timelines, manpower, logistics, materials, equipment, and venue requirements.
• Conduct and oversee venue visits, measurements, site assessments, and production planning.
• Manage multiple vendors and teams simultaneously and ensure smooth coordination across functions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve last-minute on-ground challenges related to manpower, materials, vendors, logistics, or execution.
• Ensure proper setup, execution, dismantling, and timely movement/return of materials after events.
• Mentor and guide junior Project Managers and production team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, event production, wedding production, or a similar on-ground execution role.
• Strong experience in handling large-scale events/weddings with complex production requirements.
• Hands-on knowledge of materials, measurements, fabrication, vendors, manpower, logistics, and event setup.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and timelines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
