Meragi Events E-commerce Private Limited in Goa is seeking an Event Production Executive to own the production and execution of wedding events. You will coordinate planning, design, vendors and on-ground teams to ensure flawless delivery.

You will turn approved designs into on-site realities, manage materials, manpower, logistics and venue requirements from pre-event setup through dismantling, while maintaining timelines and quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in event production/execution, preferably weddings.
• Hands-on with vendors, materials, manpower, logistics, and event setup.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with long hours and on-site work.

• Handle last-minute issues and coordinate with planning and design teams for smooth execution.
• Manage dismantling, packing, and return of materials, including reporting missing or damaged items.

We are looking for an Event Production Executive who can take ownership of the production and execution of wedding events, working closely with planning, design, vendors, and on-ground teams to ensure everything is executed smoothly and as planned.

Role Overview:

As an Event Production Executive, you will be responsible for turning approved event designs and plans into reality on-ground. You will coordinate materials, vendors, manpower, logistics, and venue requirements from pre-event preparation through setup, event execution, and dismantling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand event designs, layouts, and production requirements, and prepare production sheets for materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, labour, and internal teams for setup and execution.
• Conduct venue visits and check measurements, space, materials, equipment, power, and other requirements.
• Supervise on-ground setup and event-day execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Handle last-minute issues and coordinate with planning and design teams for smooth execution.
• Manage dismantling, packing, and return of materials, including reporting missing or damaged items.

Requirements:

• Male candidates preferred and willing to work on a 6–7 month contract, also eligible for potential full time conversion based on performance.
• 1+ year of experience in event production/execution, preferably in weddings.
• Hands‑on experience with vendors, materials, manpower, logistics, and event setup.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
