Job summary

Neeviq is seeking an experienced Zoho ERP Admin to manage and optimize our Zoho project, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics implementations. The role focuses on ensuring system stability, supporting users, and enhancing Zoho ERP capabilities to meet business needs.

You will handle user management, customization, workflow automation using Deluge scripting, data management, reporting, and integration via Zoho APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Deluge scripting, Zoho APIs, and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Zoho CRM, Projects, Analytics, and related Zoho apps.

We arelooking for an experienced Zoho ERP Admin to manage, configure, andoptimize our Zoho project /Zoho CRM/Zoho Books /Zoho Analytics or otherZoho ERP applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuringsmooth system operations, supporting users, and enhancing the ERP system tomeet business needs.

KeyResponsibilities:

• ERP System Administration: Manage and maintain ZohoERP applications, ensuring system stability and efficiency.
• User Management &Support: Create and manage user roles, permissions, and troubleshoot system-relatedissues.
• Customization &Workflow Automation: Configure Zoho applications, set up workflows, automate processes usingDeluge scripting, and integrate with third-party tools.
• Data Management &Reporting: Ensure data integrity, manage imports/exports, and generate reports usingZoho Analytics.
• System Updates &Security: Manage updates, patches, and ensure compliance with security bestpractices.
• Integration & APIManagement: Work with APIs to integrate Zoho ERP with other business applications.
• Integration Native Zoho integrations, ZohoFlow, RESTful APIs (authentication, endpoints, response parsing).
• Process Optimization: Identify and implementimprovements to enhance business operations.
• Training &Documentation: Conduct user training sessions and maintain system documentation.
• Zoho CRM: Custom modules, workflows,blueprints, automation, scoring rules, email templates, web forms.
• Zoho Projects: Task templates, projectblueprints, time sheet management, user roles, project automations.
• Zoho Analytics: Build dashboards, KPIs,data blending, scheduled reports, and custom visualizations.

RequiredSkills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computerscience, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with ZohoDeluge scripting, Zoho APIs, and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of businessprocesses (Projects, Finance, CRM, Analytics Dashboard,HR, supply chain, etc.) .
• Knowledge of databasemanagement, workflow automation, and data migration.
• Excellent troubleshooting,analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in dataanalysis and report creation.

PreferredQualifications:

• Zoho certifications any.
• Experience with third-partyintegrations using Zapier, Integrate, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with ZohoAnalytics, Zoho projects, and Zoho Reports.
