As a GEL Technician, you support lab activities in equipment maintenance, calibration, spares management, procurement of parts, inventory logistic management, housekeeping, minor project undertaking, audits, and continual improvements.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Provide hands‑on semiconductor lab tools such as bake oven, soak chamber, temperature cycle chamber, hast chamber, reflow oven, etc.
• Operate and maintain analytical equipment in Reliability.
• Oversee daily maintenance and operation of Reliability lab equipment and consumables.
• Responsible for daily tracking and updating of lab operation progress for further review.
• Participate in quality, productivity and cost improvement projects in Reliability lab.
• Able to work as a team with fellow members in a safe, cohesive and collaborative way.
• Always think, converse and behave in a positive manner with a growth mindset.
• Able to readily share knowledge, willingness to co‑work and behave professionally even under stress.
• Be resourceful and able to look for solutions with minimum supervision.
• Able to hold his own, carry out due diligence before making a decision, and call out issues when required.
• Knowledge about ESD and Clean room.

Requirements

• 8–9 years experience with a Diploma in Electronics or Computer Science Engineering field.
• Experience supporting Lab, reliability & failure analysis activities is highly encouraged.
• Basic knowledge of calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Basic knowledge about ISO/IEC 17025 for mechanical, electrical, thermal, etc. parameters.
• Work time flexibility in shift and minimum travel of 0 to 30%.
