Micron Technology, Inc. in India seeks a GEL Technician – T2 to support lab activities including equipment maintenance, calibration, spares management, and inventory logistics. You will participate in audits and continual improvements within the Reliability lab.

As a GEL Technician, your responsibilities encompass supporting lab activities in terms of equipment maintenance, calibration, spares management, procurement of parts, inventory logistic management, housekeeping, minor project undertaking, audits and continual improvements.
Experience in tools which are getting used in semiconductor labs like Temperature chamber, Hast chamber, Soak chamber, Tester, Reflow oven, Temp cycle, THB, bend tester, CSAM, Shock tester, X-section, FTIR, SEM, 2D/3D X-ray, FIB etc.. Operate and maintain analytical equipment in Reliability. Oversee daily maintenance and operation of Reliability lab equipment and consumables. Responsible for daily tracking and updating for lab operation progress for further review. Participate in quality, productivity and cost improvement projects in Reliability lab. Able to work as a team with fellow members in a safe, cohesive and collaborative way. Always think, converse and behave in a positive manner with a growth mindset. Able to readily share knowledge, willing to co-work and behave professionally even under stress. Be resourceful and able to look for solution with minimum supervision. Able to hold his own, carry out due diligence before making decision. Call out issue for attention if required.
Knowledge about ESD and Clean room Requirement: 4-5 year experience with Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, computer science, mechatronics engineering field. Candidate with experience supporting Lab, reliability & failure analysis activities is highly encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge to calibration & preventive maintenances & calibration. Basic knowledge about ISO/IEC std 17025 for mechanical, Electrical, Thermal etc.. parameters. Work time flexibility in shift & minimum travel of 0 to 30%
