Selective Global Search is seeking an experienced telecom specialist in Pune to provide technical support for Avaya systems (CMS/Aura/PBX/AES) and related platforms. You will troubleshoot complex voice and data issues, create knowledge base articles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• 10-16 years of experience in telecom domain with expertise in Avaya products (CMS/Aura/PBX/AES).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Avaya communication systems, including Avaya CMS, Avaya Aura, Avaya PBX, Avaya AES, Media Gateway, SBC, SM & Avaya Communication Manager.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to voice and data communications using various tools such as Wireshark etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.
• Develop and maintain documentation of troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support team.
