Overview

Position Title: Engineer - Service Delivery (Avaya)

Experience: 2-4 Yrs

Responsibilities

• Engineer should be well versed with Avaya voice technology platform.
• Be aware of Avaya applications such as Avaya Communication Manager, Avaya System Manager, Avaya Session Manager, Avaya AES, Avaya SBC, and Avaya gateways; responsible for installation, configuration, integration, and commissioning of these applications.
• Avaya Call Management System (CMS) operations on Avaya version 10 (exposure to versions 8 and 6).
• Avaya IP Office systems: exposure to IP Office PBX, installation and commissioning on latest platforms and versions.
• Experience troubleshooting fault identification on Avaya Communication Manager, System Manager, and Session Manager.
• Experience troubleshooting fault identification on Avaya IP Office platform.
