• Manage the electrical commodity totaling $2 M sourced from 10 suppliers worldwide.
• Lead cost optimization initiatives with the team and external consultants.
• Collaborate with the Category team to initiate contracts for stocking, pricing, and other commercial terms.
• Identify potential new suppliers to achieve optimal part costs.
• Work with the Planning team to implement effective S&OP flow‑down, MRP, replenishment mechanisms, and long‑lead planning.
