• Develop, enhance, and maintain software solutions in line with business and product requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Follow industry-standard software development best practices and coding guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to fellow developers and contribute to the overall growth of the development team.
• Participate actively in the developer community, sharing knowledge and promoting continuous learning.
• Evaluate, recommend, and improve tools, technologies, and frameworks used in software development.
• Ensure timely delivery of development tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Architects to identify, communicate, and resolve technical challenges.
• Drive innovation by collaborating with internal teams and exploring new technologies and approaches.
• Continuously research emerging technologies and recommend improvements where relevant.
• Partner with team members to identify issues, propose effective designs, and implement robust technical solutions.
• Contribute to Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technology demonstrations to validate new ideas and solutions.
