• Support attendance, leave, and workforce data management.
• Coordinate learning and development programs and maintain training records.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement, wellness and recognition initiatives.
• Support HR compliance activities, audits and statutory documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations and employee-related communications.
• Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to HR operations.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.

Job Summary:

The HR Trainee will support the Human Resources function by assisting in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, training coordination, HR administration, and statutory compliance activities. This position offers hands-on exposure to core HR processes and provides an excellent opportunity to develop professional expertise in human resource management within a dynamic work environment.
