Job summary

Advenser Engineering Services in India seeks an experienced Senior Engineer – Rebar Detailing to lead our rebar detailing team and oversee the execution of structural detailing projects. The ideal candidate will excel in AutoCAD and rebar detailing, review technical deliverables, and drive high-quality outputs while coordinating with clients.

You will mentor junior engineers, prepare quotations, review BBS, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in rebar detailing for reinforced concrete structures.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and rebar detailing workflows.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple project deliverables.
• Experience coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Familiarity with Tekla Structures or Autodesk Revit is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the rebar detailing team to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.
• Prepare project quotations and support project planning activities.
• Prepare, review, and perform quality checks on rebar placement drawings based on design and contract documents.
• Generate, review, and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for accuracy and compliance.
• Review structural and contract drawings, identify discrepancies, and prepare RFIs for design clarifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to junior engineers and detailers.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, applicable codes, industry standards, and company quality procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in detailing processes, productivity, and quality.
