Job summary

Advenser Engineering Services is seeking a Junior Engineer – Rebar Detailing to join our engineering team in a role focused on reinforcing concrete design. The candidate should have a strong AutoCAD foundation and an interest in rebar detailing for reinforced concrete structures.

You will prepare rebar placement drawings, review drawings, raise RFIs, and develop Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) in line with project specs. Experience with US rebar detailing projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to interpret structural/construction drawings.
• Knowledge of rebar detailing concepts and reinforced concrete construction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rebar placement drawings based on structural and design drawings.
• Detail using AutoCAD while ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Review contract drawings for discrepancies and missing information.
• Prepare and submit RFIs for design clarifications.
• Create accurate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for fabrication and construction.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and project teams to resolve detailing issues.
• Ensure drawings and deliverables are completed within project timelines while maintaining quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare rebar placementdrawings based onstructuralcontract and designdrawings.
• Perform rebar detailingusing AutoCAD whileensuring compliance withproject specificationsand standards.
