Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and sustain QMS processes.
• Lead ISO 9001 implementation and continual improvement.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits of the QMS.
• Coordinate with certification body for maintains and renewals.
• Prepare and revise QMS documents (manuals, procedures, work instructions).
• Prepare Management Review Meeting schedules and conduct MRMs.
• Prepare audit plans, conduct internal audits, and report nonconformities.
• Measure and monitor process performance (KPI).
• Initiate CAPA actions to address NCs.
• Train employees on system requirements.

Job Description

• 1.Ensuring that process needed for quality management system (QMS) is established, implemented, put into practice, and sustained.
• 2.Acted & succeeded in implementation and continual improvement of ISO 9001.
• 3.Scheduled and conducted internal audits of the Quality Management System.
• 4.Coordinating with certification body for obtaining and maintaining quality certification.
• 5.Preparing and revisiting the QMS documents (Quality system manual, Quality system procedures, work instruction and documented information).
• 6.Preparing Management Review Meeting Schedule and conducting MRM.
• 7.Preparing Audit schedules, Conducting Internal Audits, preparing audit reports, submitting Nonconformity reports.
• 8.Measuring & monitoring the process performance (KPI).
• 9.Initiate necessary corrective and preventive action (CAPA).
• 10.Training employees on system requirements.

Requirements
