Job summary

Topband in Pune seeks an experienced Quality Professional for QMS leadership in electronics manufacturing. The role focuses on ISO 9001, CAPA, internal audits, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate audits with production, engineering and SCM, drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with customer requirements and standards. 8–12 years of relevant experience preferred; diploma/BE/BTech in electronics.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in electronics/related field.
• Hands-on with QMS ISO 9001 and CAPA processes.
• Experience coordinating internal, customer and external audits.
• Strong knowledge of 8D, RCA, NCR and process audits.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QMS as per ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
• Manage SOPs, work instructions, document and record control.
• Coordinate audits and ensure timely NC closure.
• Handle CAPA, 8D, RCA, 5 Why and Fishbone analysis.
• Conduct process, system and compliance audits.
• Monitor quality KPIs, NCRs, rework and customer complaints.
• Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, SCM and other departments.
• Support Management Review Meetings and QMS reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and a process-based quality culture.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and applicable standards.

• Handle CAPA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why & Fishbone Analysis.
• Conduct Process, System & Compliance Audits.
• Monitor Quality KPIs, NCRs, rejection, rework & customer complaints.
• Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, SCM and other departments.
• Support Management Review Meetings (MRM) and QMS reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and process-based quality culture.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and applicable standards.
