Job summary

Avalon Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage customer relationships and ensure on-time delivery of parts. You will coordinate with operations, planning and other internal teams to review contracts and drive timely actions for issue resolution.

You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, escalate risks promptly, and prepare sales dashboards for monthly and yearly reviews. Prioritizing stakeholder satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years total experience with some sheet metal fabrication experience.
• Program Management Experience is desired, PMP preferred.
• Strong people management & team player skills.
• Good ability to form and nurture relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent Written and Oral English Communication skills.
• Strong MS Office Skills.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Preferred to have Aerospace customer handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing strong and lasting relationships with customers and on-time delivery of parts in coordination with operations, planning team and other internal stakeholders.
• Single point of contact for all customers for all communications on delivery and services.
• Conduct contract reviews for all POs with cross-functional teams and track actions to closure.
• Provide on-time escalations to prevent delivery risk to operations and planning teams.
• Communicate status of parts and issues to customers in advance.
• Submit sales reports to management for monthly and yearly reviews.
• Review with NPD team for progress and on-time submission of FAI's of new product development.
• Hold weekly/monthly reviews with cross-functional teams and track status and actions for closure.
• Ensure smooth flow of requirements and updates from customers to operations and planning.
• Engage with other departments and suppliers to resolve issues and build relationships.
• Track and follow up with customers for on-time payment.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure conducting Contract review for all PO received from customers with the cross functional team and track the actions for closure.
• On-time escalations to prevent risk of delivery failure to operations and planning team.
• Communicate to customer the status of parts and issues if any in prior.
