ACG is seeking a Strategic Planner to coordinate production schedules for Tableting and Proditec machines. The role focuses on converting monthly plans into daily and weekly outputs while aligning with dispatch dates.

You will engage with CRM, SAP PP, MRP, and stores to ensure timely material availability, accurate pick lists, and on-time production execution. Prior planning experience in manufacturing is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of planning and scheduling processes.
• Familiarity with assembly, testing and manufacturing workflows.
• Understanding of product specifications for tableting and Proditec machines.

Responsabilités

• Develop daily & weekly production plans for Tableting & Proditec machines aligned to monthly plans.
• Carry out backward planning for activities according to planned dispatch dates; execute daily plans.
• Attend CRM to finalize milestone plan dates; run MRP and release timely PRs to procurement & production orders.

• Develop daily & weekly production plan for Tableting & Proditec machines in line with monthly plan

Functional

• Carry out backward planning for all activities according to planned dispatch dates
• Execute daily planned activities

Internal process

• Attend CRM to finalise plan dates for milestone activities,
• Run MRP and release timely PRs to purchase & production orders to machine shop
• Publish COOIS report on timely basis
• Follow up with purchase for inward of timely material as per planned dates
• Follow up with machine shop for timely part availability as per planned dates
• Support plating shop in deciding daily priorities
• Allocate material & release timely pick lists to stores
• Work with stores for timely material issuance to production line
• Work with production team to meet daily output
• Prepare dispatch plan and work with CFT to arrange for dispatches
• Publish updated production planning file on daily basis
• Consolidate challenges reported on production line and take review with cross function teams on daily basisExecute actions as decided in ECN meeting
