Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Plastics/Polymer Engineering or related field.
• Certifications in Injection Moulding Processing are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities on the shop floor.
• Set up and optimize injection moulding machines for crate production and other moulded components.
• Conduct mould trials, process trials, and new product development activities.
• Monitor production parameters and take corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce rejection rates.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedules and customer requirements.
• Analyze machine performance and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
• Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage through effective process control.
• Ensure product quality meets company and customer specifications.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Lead and guide production operators, supervisors, and shop floor personnel.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Tool Room, Maintenance, and Planning departments for smooth operations.
• Support troubleshooting of moulding defects and process-related issues.

Required Qualifications
