Job summary

Micro Precise Tubes Tech in Pune seeks a seasoned PPC professional to plan, monitor, and control production for tubular components and hose assemblies, ensuring targets are met with quality, cost, delivery, and safety in mind.

You will prepare daily to monthly production plans, monitor processes across diverse machining and forming steps, coordinate with multiple departments, and drive improvement initiatives including 5S, TPM, and Kaizen practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering.
• 48 years of experience in PPC / Production Planning, preferably in Tubular Components, Tube Bending, Hose Assemblies, or Automotive Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per customer schedules and capacity.
• Monitor manufacturing processes including Tube Cutting, Deburring, Beading, End Forming, Flaring, 3 & 5 Axis CNC Bending, Drilling, Press Fit, Spot/TIG/MIG/Orbital Welding, Hose Cutting, Crimping & Assembly, Laser Marking, Hydro Testing, Ultrasonic Cleaning, Flushing, Roller Beading, and Leak Testing.
• Ensure production plan adherence, optimum machine utilization, productivity, and manpower allocation.
• Monitor RM, WIP, FG, machine loading, capacity constraints, shortages, and production bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Production, Development, Quality, Purchase, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch.
• Monitor production delays, rejection, rework, downtime, and take corrective actions.
• Maintain PPC MIS, production plan vs. actual, pending orders, dispatch status, and ERP/MRP entries.
• Support new product trials, capacity planning, tooling/manpower planning, and process improvements.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and safety practices.

Job Summary

Plan, monitor, and control production activities for Tubular Components & Hose Assemblies, ensuring production targets are achieved while meeting Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD), and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
