Job summary

Linde South Asia Services Pvt. Ltd. in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, seeks a Senior Engineer – Operations and Maintenance for ECOVAR ROC.

The role is on-site with a fixed/ LTC/ associate contract, focusing on field operations, instrument and electrical issue inspections, and reliability coordination. You will update EAM/LiDAP records, perform maintenance planning, vendor management, and ensure safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Mechanical license preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily field routine jobs and inspection of mechanical issues.
• Update EAM book and report in LiDAP; coordinate with reliability team for corrective actions.
• Handle day-to-day plant operation, production prep and DPR.
• Manage maintenance activities in the field, with safety procedures and LOTO.
• Calibrate PT/FT; maintain records of calibration.

Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this role, you will be responsible for participating in daily field routine jobs and inspection of Mechanical issue. Also, during any abnormalities highlight the issue with reliability team and take corrective actions. Updating in EAM book & reporting in LiDAP
• Further, you will be responsible for day-to-day plant operation, production etc. preparation DPR
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for any maintenance activities in the field, discussed with the maintenance people, identify the hazard related to that job, purging (if required), marking that line/ equipment’s in P&ID, maintaining LOTO system for isolation after zero energy verification and then after PTW issued
• Moreover, you will be responsible of different PT, FT calibration and record keeping
• Additionally, you will be responsible for vendor management
• In this role you will be responsible for spare procurement. Handling of SAP and SRM
• Further you will be responsible for maintaining all safety standards

• You have a degree B-Tech / Diploma Mechanical Engineer with three (3) years of experiences
• Better to have Mechanical license
• You have good communication
