Job summary

Linde South Asia Services Pvt. Ltd. in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India is seeking an Associate Manager to join the engineering team. The role covers field routines, instrumentation and electrical issue inspections, and close collaboration with the reliability team for corrective actions.

The candidate should hold a B-Tech or Diploma in Instrumentation with around five years of experience, and possess strong communication skills to operate in an on-site plant environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (B-Tech or Diploma) in Instrumentation and minimum five years of field experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with maintenance and reliability teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily field routine jobs and inspect instrumentation and electrical issues.
• Highlight issues to reliability team and propose corrective actions.
• Assist in day-to-day plant operation, production support, and DPR preparation.
• Support maintenance activities, assess hazards, and ensure LOTO and PTW compliance.
• Assist with calibration tasks and vendor management as needed.

Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this role, you will be responsible for participating in daily field routine jobs and inspection of instrumentation and electrical issue
• Also, during any abnormalities highlight the issue with reliability team and take corrective actions. Updating in EAM book & reporting in LiDAP
• Further, you will be responsible for day-to-day plant operation, production etc. preparation DPR
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for any maintenance activities in the field, discussed with the maintenance people, identify the hazard related to that job, purging (if required), marking that line/ equipment’s in P&ID, maintaining LOTO system for isolation after zero energy verification and then after PTW issued
• Moreover, you will be responsible of different PT, FT calibration and record keeping
• Additionally, you will be responsible for vendor management
• In this role you will be responsible for spare procurement. Handling of SAP and SRM
• Further you will be responsible for maintaining all safety standards

• You should have a degree of B-Tech / Diploma Instrumentation engineer with five (5) years' experience
• And you have good communication skills
