Linde South Asia Services Pvt. Ltd. in Nagpur, India, invites applications for a Senior Engineer – Operations and Maintenance (ECOVAR ROC). The role is on-site under a fixed/ LTC contract and involves field inspections, mechanical issue resolution, reliability coordination, and EAM/LiDAP reporting.

You will oversee daily plant operations, maintenance activities, vendor management, spare procurement, and calibration tasks while upholding stringent safety standards.

Qualifications

• B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years' experience.
• Mechanical license preferred.
• Good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Participate in daily field routine jobs and inspect mechanical issues.
• Highlight abnormalities to reliability team and take corrective actions.
• Update in EAM book and report in LiDAP.
• Manage day-to-day plant operations and production; prepare DPR.
• Handle maintenance activities in the field; identify hazards; purge if required; mark lines/equipment in P&ID; maintain LOTO after zero energy verification and PTW.
• Calibrate PT and FT and maintain records.
• Vendor management.
• Procure spare parts; handle SAP and SRM.
• Maintain all safety standards.

Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this role, you will be responsible for participating in daily field routine jobs and inspection of Mechanical issue. Also, during any abnormalities highlight the issue with reliability team and take corrective actions. Updating in EAM book & reporting in LiDAP
• Further, you will be responsible for day-to-day plant operation, production etc. preparation DPR
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for any maintenance activities in the field, discussed with the maintenance people, identify the hazard related to that job, purging (if required), marking that line/ equipment’s in P&ID, maintaining LOTO system for isolation after zero energy verification and then after PTW issued
• Moreover, you will be responsible of different PT, FT calibration and record keeping
• Additionally, you will be responsible for vendor management
• In this role you will be responsible for spare procurement. Handling of SAP and SRM
• Further you will be responsible for maintaining all safety standards

• You have a degree B-Tech / Diploma Mechanical Engineer with three (3) years of experiences
• Better to have Mechanical license
• You have good communication
