Job summary

Linde India is seeking aSr. Engineer to participate in daily field routine jobs and inspect instrumentation and electrical issues. The role involves updating in EAM and reporting in LiDAP, with emphasis on safety and reliability improvements at the plant in Maharashtra.

You will support daily operations, maintenance planning, and procurement, coordinating with reliability and maintenance teams to ensure safe, compliant plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or diploma in mechanical engineering with 3 years of experience.
• Mechanical license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily field routine jobs and inspection of mechanical issues.
• Assist in plant operation and production tasks; prepare DPR.
• Perform maintenance activities in the field with safety considerations.
• Coordinate with maintenance team; identify hazards and isolate as needed.
• Handle PT and FT calibration and maintain records.
• Vendor management responsibilities and procurement of spares.
• Operate SAP and SRM for procurement and logistics.
• Uphold safety standards across the site.

Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this role, you will be responsible for participating in daily field routine jobs and inspection of Mechanical issue. Also, during any abnormalities highlight the issue with reliability team and take corrective actions. Updating in EAM book & reporting in LiDAP.
• Further, you will be responsible for day-to-day plant operation, production etc. preparation DPR.
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for any maintenance activities in the field, discussed with the maintenance people, identify the hazard related to that job, purging (if required), marking that line/ equipment’s in P&ID, maintaining LOTO system for isolation after zero energy verification and then after PTW issued.
• Moreover, you will be responsible of different PT, FT calibration and record keeping.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for vendor management.
• In this role you will be responsible for spare procurement. Handling of SAP and SRM.
• Further you will be responsible for maintaining all safety standards.

• You have a degree B-Tech / Diploma Mechanical Engineer with 3 years of experiences.
• Better to have Mechanical license.
