Schneider Electric is seeking a Design for Safety & Reliability Practitioner to join the Home Solutions team in Bangalore, India. You will lead DfSR deployment across product teams and drive plans at system and subsystem levels, ensuring timely deliverables aligned with milestones.
You’ll define Mission Profiles and CTQs, manage risk reduction using DFMEAs/FTAs, and integrate safety and reliability into development. Strong collaboration and intercultural communication are essential for success.
