Job summary

Evergreen Enterprises in India seeks a Senior Engineer – Grouting to lead geotechnical grout operations on major projects. The role requires 8–10 years of hands-on experience with TAM and consolidation grouting, cement and pressure grouting, and strong drawing interpretation skills.

You will supervise site activities, ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery, and coordinate with clients and contractors. The ideal candidate holds a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering and can manage complex field

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on grouting experience.
• Strong knowledge of TAM Grouting and Consolidation Grouting.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and grouting layouts.
• Knowledge of grout mix design, water–cement ratios, injection pressure, and grout take calculations.
• Understanding of grouting equipment, pumps, mixers, packers, drilling equipment, and pressure gauges.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and technical communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage grouting operations and resolve site-level technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, supervise, and monitor grouting activities at project sites.
• Possess strong technical knowledge of TAM Grouting, Consolidation Grouting, Cement Grouting, and Pressure Grouting.
• Understand and interpret engineering drawings, grouting layouts, borehole plans, method statements, and technical specifications.
• Prepare grouting reports, daily progress reports (DPRs), and technical documentation.
• Monitor grout mix preparation, water–cement ratios, injection pressures, grout quantities, and injection sequences.
• Supervise drilling, grouting, testing, and related site activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety procedures, and approved method statements.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Maintain records of grout consumption, borehole details, pressure readings, test results, and material usage.
• Identify site issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, materials, and daily work progress.
• Ensure timely execution of work in accordance with project schedules.
