Job summary

ReNew is hiring a Senior Engineer - Electrical Quality for wind asset management in India (Karnataka). You will lead preventive maintenance audits, perform root cause analyses, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to close NCRs and drive process improvements.

The role requires 6–8 years of wind/renewable experience and deep knowledge of WTG, PSS components, and 33 kV lines. Join a leading renewable energy company committed to innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

• Audit schedules for preventive maintenance audits.
• Perform process and post-maintenance preventive audits.
• Analyze NCs and coordinate with site teams for closure.
• First-level RCA for major component failures with CFT.
• Knowledge on WTG, 33 kV line and PSS components.
• Drive 5S audits and Kaizen projects.
• Analyze repeated component failures and breakdowns.
• Manage NCRs from internal/external audits.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for audit management.
• Periodic cross-functional meetings for issue resolution.
• Provide theoretical input to wind asset management team.
