Job summary

ReNew is seeking a Senior Manager - Wind Engineering in India (Karnataka) with 10-15 years of experience and BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. You will oversee technical resolution of asset operations, coordinate with wind OEMs, support self-operation teams, and monitor performance of wind assets.

Responsibilities include preparing technical specs, drawings, SOPs, and manuals; conducting site trials and RCA analyses; and ensuring documentation in the DMS.

• Extended support to self-operation team.
