Job summary

CS Powertech is a vertically-integrated manufacturer of ingots, wafers, cells, solar modules and solar power applications. The company seeks an EHS Document Control specialist to manage the site-wide system, policies, SOPs, manuals, and records.

The role requires 2–5 years in EHS/document control in manufacturing, strong technical writing, and the ability to produce dashboards and leadership-ready reports. Full-time with comprehensive benefits and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in EHS systems, document control, or technical writing in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong technical writing and document standardization skills.
• Experience supporting PSM documentation (PSI, SOPs, procedures).
• Familiarity with manufacturing process documentation (P&IDs, process descriptions).
• Ability to structure and present data for leadership decision-making and departmental reporting.
• Experience building dashboards or automated reporting systems.
