Job summary

Randstad India invites applications for an EHS&S Engineer on a Solar Power Project & Operational Facility. Based at the Corporate Office, you will support plant and corporate EHS leadership, implement and monitor safety management systems, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

The role emphasizes preventing incidents, promoting a strong safety culture, and contributing to sustainability goals, with collaboration across Production, Process and SCM teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or Science with EHS qualification (ADIS / PDIS / NEBOSH / ISO Certification (45001, 14001 or equivalent)).
• Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in EHS.
• EHS Engineer Qualification – ITI / Diploma, 4‑9 years of experience, located Mukundpur, Delhi.
• Industrial Safety Diploma from a recognized government institution, 4‑5 years of experience.
• Electrical License along with a Safety Diploma required.
• Professional knowledge: bachelor’s degree or above, major in safety engineering, environmental engineering, chemical engineering or machinery.
• Work experience: more than 8 years of EHS work experience.

Role Summary

To support the Plant and Corporate EHS leadership in implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving Environment, Health & Safety management systems, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, preventing incidents, promoting a strong safety culture, and achieving sustainability goals.

• Assist in development, implementation, and monitoring of EHS policies, procedures, and systems across the plant.
