Job summary

CS Powertech is a vertically-integrated manufacturer of ingots, wafers, cells, solar modules (panels) and custom-designed solar power applications. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to load, unload, and transport materials, pick/pack items, and support inventory control.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, performing inventory transactions, maintaining organization, and ensuring a safe, clean work environment in line with 5S standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders or documents.
• Perform inventory transactions using WMS or handheld scanners.
• Maintain proper material organization and storage locations.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Ensure materials are labeled, stored, and handled according to procedures.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels to support operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S).
• Follow safety policies, PPE usage, and equipment operation.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or process issues.
• All other duties as assigned.
