Job summary

Linxon is seeking a Senior Engineer to manage Windows app packaging, patching, vulnerability remediation, and automation across enterprise endpoints. The role emphasizes Intune-based management, Autopilot deployment, and security controls.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in endpoint management, strong PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft certifications. In this post, you’ll contribute to modern workplace transformation and enterprise ITIL-compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Endpoint Management and Modern Workplace technologies.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot, Azure AD/Entra ID, device enrollment, and compliance management.
• Hands‑on experience in Windows application packaging and deployment methodologies.
• Experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central for patch management and software deployment.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management and remediation processes.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Experience managing Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of endpoint security controls, compliance standards, and Microsoft security best practices.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, and change management.
• Certifications preferred: MD-102, AZ-104, or other Microsoft certifications.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Intune for Windows endpoint management and device compliance.
• Manage MDM and MAM policies.
• Configure Windows Autopilot deployments and provisioning profiles.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications through Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
• Create, test, package, and deploy Windows applications (MSI, EXE, MSIX, Win32).
• Perform lifecycle management including upgrades, patching and retirement.
• Execute monthly patching activities.
• Review and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities identified by security tools.
• Monitor endpoint health and patching effectiveness across the estate.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting and efficiency.
• Configure security baselines, compliance policies, conditional access, and endpoint protection settings.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Participate in endpoint modernization and security enhancement initiatives.
• Manage Incident/Change requests aligned with ITIL process.
• Create and maintain weekly/monthly reports for your tower.

What will you do?

We are looking for a skilled Senior Engineer to manage and support Windows app packaging, patching through enterprise endpoint environments, vulnerability remediation, patch management, and automation. The role requires hands‑on experience in modern workplace technologies, endpoint security, application lifecycle management, and scripting‑based automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Intune for Windows endpoint management and device compliance.
• Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies.
• Configure and support Windows Autopilot deployments and provisioning profiles.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications through Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
• Create, test, package, and deploy Windows applications (MSI, EXE, MSIX, Win32 applications).
• Perform application lifecycle management including upgrades, patching, and retirement.

• Review, analyze, and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities identified through security assessment tools.

• Create and maintain weekly/Monthly reports related to your tower.
