Singh Erectors Pvt. Ltd. in Bihar is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer – Boiler Erection for the NTPC Nabinagar Stage-II project. This execution-focused role requires strong technical expertise in large thermal power boiler erection.

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with EPC/client engineering, manage manpower, monitor progress and ensure adherence to drawings, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in thermal power/ boiler erection.
• Hands-on experience on 600 MW / 660 MW / 800 MW or higher-capacity boiler projects.
• Strong knowledge of boiler erection methodology, drawings, structural erection, pressure parts and piping.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate boiler erection activities including Boiler Structures, Ceiling Girders, Pressure Parts, Non-Pressure Parts and Integral Piping.
• Coordinate daily work fronts with the EPC/client engineering team.
• Plan and deploy manpower for optimum productivity.
• Monitor daily erection progress, MT/day and manpower productivity.
• Coordinate erection sequence, lifting requirements, fit-up, alignment and welding activities.
• Lead SEPL engineers, supervisors, foremen and skilled manpower at site.
• Ensure adherence to drawings, quality requirements and safe erection practices.
• Identify execution constraints and resolve them in coordination with the project team.

Singh Erectors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on Senior Engineer – Boiler Erection for our ongoing NTPC Nabinagar Stage-II (3 × 800 MW) project in Bihar.

This is an execution-focused role for a technically strong professional with experience in large thermal power / boiler erection projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate boiler erection activities including Boiler Structures, Ceiling Girders, Pressure Parts, Non-Pressure Parts and Integral Piping.
• Coordinate daily work fronts with the EPC/client engineering team.
