Qualifications

• Minimum 2-7 years of experience in Combined Cycle Power Plants and supercritical thermal power plants.
• Experience in EPC/Consultancy related to power plants.
• Familiar with equipment like Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, and Heat Recovery Steam Generators.
• Willing to undertake long-term/short-term deputations to Japan and international project sites.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team and independently with good interpersonal skills.
• Make fast decisions and guide team of engineers.
• Prepare basic system design and process schematics.
• Review customer specifications and vendor drawings.
• Prepare proposal documents and review vendor drawings.
• Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Piping and Instrumentation teams.
• Support site team during erection and commissioning; participate in customer/vendor meetings.

Hiring for:

• Full time Bachelor / Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputed college/University.
• Minimum 02 to 07 years of experience in the field of Combined Cycle Power Plants and conventional / supercritical thermal power plants, preferably from EPC / Consultancy companies that deals with design, proposals/bidding, engineering, procurement and construction activities of a power plant.

Skills & Responsibilities:

• Work in a team and be self-driven with good interpersonal skills.
• Work independently and capable of fast decision making / guide team of engineers and handle project engineering activities of multiple projects.
• Familiar with various equipment like Gas Turbines & auxiliaries, Steam Turbine & Auxiliaries, Boiler/HRSG & auxiliaries, Heat exchangers and Balance of Plant Equipment’s etc.
• Conversant with Indian & International codes and standards like HIS, ASME, HEI, TEMA, NFPA, etc.; adequate computer knowledge and conversant with Thermo flow software & SPPID is/will be an added advantage.
• Ready to undertake long term/short term deputations to Japan and international project sites.
• Review of customer specification and preparation of deviation and clarifications.
• Preparation of basic system design.
• Preparation of process schematics & PIDs, HBD’s and Water Balance.
• Knowledge / experience on Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG) & Boilers.
• Bid Evaluation and selection of vendors.
• Preparation of proposal documents.
• Review of vendor drawings.
• Internal Coordination with various departments like Civil, Electrical, Piping, Instrumentation etc.
• Participating meetings with customer, vendors and consortium partners.
• Coordinate with Vendor and site team during the execution stage.
• Site visit as and when required during erection and commissioning.

Skills:

Must have exp in Designing , Engineering Projects, Plant engineering, HIS, ASME codes, Thermo Flow, water balance , erection and commissioning, HRSG.
