The role covers end-to-end program management from prototype through SOP, coordinating engineering, validation, and OEM teams to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Master’s degree in Automotive Electronics or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Automotive E&E Program Management.
• Strong understanding of APQP, PLM, ECR/ECO, and BOM validation processes.
• Experience managing automotive programs from prototype through SOP.
• Strong skills in program planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change management.
• Good understanding of vehicle E&E system architecture.
• Knowledge of automotive validation, diagnostics, and End-of-Line (EOL) processes.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, preferably with Advanced Excel.
• Experience working with OEM programs such as Stellantis, Mahindra, or equivalent is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work between Chennai (Thoraipakkam) and Tiruvallur multiple times a week during project SOP stages.
