Job summary

Expleo Group in India is seeking a Project Lead for Auto MEX, focusing on full vehicle design, development and cross-functional leadership from concept to SOP. You will drive program delivery across Body, Interior, Exterior, Chassis and Electrical/Electronic systems, ensuring quality, cost, performance and timing alignment.

Ideal candidates have 15–18 years of experience in automotive development, strong CAD proficiency (CATIA/UG-NX/PLM), and proven track record in RFQ/proposals and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Strong experience in automotive full vehicle design and development across multiple subsystems.
• HANDS-ON with CATIA, UG-NX and PLM systems.
• Experience on global OEM vehicle programs through concept, design, development, validation, and SOP.
• Solid understanding of the vehicle development lifecycle from concept to SOP.
• Experience in vehicle integration, packaging and engineering change management.
• Knowledge of APQP, DFMEA, DVP, PPAP and problem-solving methodologies.
• FMVSS and ECE regulations knowledge.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage deliverables, quality, cost and timelines.
• Exposure to vehicle testing, validation and production launch activities.
• Strong stakeholder, customer and supplier coordination skills.
• Technical review, issue resolution, leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience with RFQ’s and proposals.
