Job summary

Simform Software is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to architect and implement Agentforce-driven solutions in Pune/Ahmedabad. You will guide architecture, design scalable Salesforce platforms, and lead a team of developers to deliver AI-enabled customer engagement solutions.

The role requires extensive hands-on Salesforce experience, deep knowledge of Agentforce tooling, and strong leadership to drive deployment standards and best practices, while staying current with Salesforce releases.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and/or solution architecture.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
• Hands-on experience with Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, agent actions, and at least one production or pilot Agentforce deployment.
• Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Apex Triggers.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Security Model, Data Model, and Platform Architecture.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration technologies.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, governance, code quality, and deployment processes.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading Salesforce implementation projects.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or AI/Agentforce certifications are preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
