Job summary

Milestone Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. You will work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to design, build, and optimize scalable solutions for our clients.

The role requires strong integration skills, experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and APIs, and the ability to translate business requirements into reliable technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, providing scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in client discussions, solution workshops, estimations, and technical design reviews.
• Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
• Develop reusable components, technical documentation, and deployment strategies.
• Support system enhancements, bug fixes, performance optimization, and release management activities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), and Salesforce platform development. Experience with Salesforce Agentforce is a strong advantage.

The candidate should possess excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Strong experience in system integrations is mandatory, while data migration experience is desirable.
