Job summary

IDEMIA is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize Salesforce-based solutions, including AI-driven capabilities with Agentforce. Qualifications

• 3.5+ years of Salesforce development with a CS/Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Hands-on with Salesforce configuration, Apex coding, integration, flows, and LWCs.
• Strong experience with Apex triggers/classes, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, Flows, and APIs.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OAuth, JSON/XML processing.
• DevOps tools: Git/GitHub/GitLab, VS Code, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD.
• Agile development and CI/CD deployments.
• Debugging and troubleshooting on Salesforce.
• Experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advance and Salesforce AI (Agentforce).

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce solutions: design, develop, test, and implement custom applications and enhancements using Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce technologies.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, AI-driven solutions using Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agents).

Responsibilities:

• Develop Salesforce solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Design, develop, test, and implement custom applications and enhancements using Apex, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Technical leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers and team members. Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce development best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Solution architecture: Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze complex business requirements and design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
• Integration and data management: Design and implement data migration strategies, integration solutions, and ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.

Preferred skills & Experience:

• 3.5+ Years of experience with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience in design and development of applications, hands on with Salesforce Configuration, Apex coding, integration, flows and LWC.
• Strong experience in: Apex triggers and classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, APIs, Platform Events, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, Custom Metadata Types
• Experience working with Salesforce Workflow Rules and Approvals, flow.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OAuth Authentication, JSON/XML processing, Experience with middleware platforms is preferred.
• DevOps & Tools: Git/GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD concepts, VS Code, Salesforce CLI.
• Experience with Agile Development processes, Continuous Integration, Deployments.
• Comprehensive experience in debugging and troubleshooting issues on Salesforce.
• Experience in implementation of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advance and Salesforce AI (Agentforce).
