Job summary

Ultra Corpotech, Pune (Talegaon Dabhade), invites applications for an Operations & Maintenance role focused on furnace systems and PLC/PID controls. You will oversee pit-type furnace operation, heating cycle sequencing, and safety interlocks.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or ITI in Electrical, with hands-on experience in PID controllers, PLCs, and CNC maintenance, ready to support production reliability and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or ITI is required.
• Knowledge of pit-type furnace operation and safety interlocks.
• Hands-on experience with PID controllers, PLCs and CNC maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pit-type furnace systems.
• Set PID parameters and manage heating cycle sequencing.
• Maintain PLC-based controls, interlocks and emergency stop systems.
• Support phosephating unit operations and CNC maintenance as needed.
