Job summary

Jendamark India in Pune is seeking a seasoned Controls Engineer to lead PLC programming for power train machinery, with hands-on experience in Siemens and Allen-Bradley, and offline/online programming.

You will work from scratch to installation, read Eplan P8 drawings, and coordinate with MES/SCADA systems, network protocols, and robotics vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PLC programming with Siemens is essential.
• Experience in offline and online programming for power train machines.
• Hands-on with MES/SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with electrical drawings using Eplan P8 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops control software from scratch to final installation and commissioning.
• Interprets electrical drawings (Eplan P8) for wiring and panel design.
• Handles projects in the controls perspective and coordinates handover.
• Collaborates with teams and trains on system handover.

Job Description: -

• Well versed knowledge of PLC programming. PLC like Siemens, Allan Bradly, Mitsubishi. (Siemens Must)
• Offline and Online programming for power train SPM machines.
• Softwares like TIA portal, Siemens Safety PLC, Sinamic drives.
• Experience on different protocols like TCP IP, Profinet, RS232, CC links etc.
• Handson experience on MES/SCADA system.
• Should be well versed in development of code from scratch till final installation and proving.
• Understanding of electrical drawings Eplan P8-2.8.
• SQL Data base, LabVIEW and Visual basic knowledge will be appreciated
• Programming Knowledge of ABB/Fanuc/Yaskawa/Kuka/COBOT
• Individual handling of project in Controls perspective.
• Team oriented and good communication skill in terms of project handover and training.

Ready to work at abroad & Local Sites.

Education:

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering. (BE)
