About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Engineer Civil with 810 years of experience, preferably with substantial experience in Government Building Construction Projects.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating site execution, ensuring construction activities are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and execute civil construction activities at the project site.
• Handle Government Building Construction Projects independently or as a key site execution member.
• Review and understand architectural, structural and civil drawings before execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure activities are completed as per project schedule.
• Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing and other civil works.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure required quality standards are maintained.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records and relevant documentation.
• Monitor manpower, materials and equipment requirements at site.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors for measurements, quantities and work-related requirements.
• Ensure compliance with approved project specifications and applicable Government/department requirements.
• Coordinate for inspections, approvals and measurements with clients/consultants/Government authorities wherever required.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and project-specific HSE requirements.
• Support project management in achieving time, cost and quality targets.
